Alternative Investment fund seeks IT technical support specialist to troubleshoot, isolate, and provide technology guidance on all Windows related issues. This highly visible role also requires the ability to be eager to learn technology including cloud and networking.
Great service skills and the ability to proactively address tech issues including remote access, data backup and technology patching all an integral part of the role.
? Bachelor's degree, preferably in Management Information Systems or Computer Sciences
? 1-3+ years of relevant work experience providing IT support to enterprise clients required
? Working knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite and Active Directory
? Knowledge of desktop and server hardware, including performance optimization
? Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software, and management tools
? Experience utilizing PowerShell in management of systems
? Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills as well as strong customer service experience.
? Experience supporting Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Group Policies, SCCM, Exchange, and Domains
? Proven technical documentation skills
? Insatiable level of technical curiosity
