Eaton's Group is seeking an Human Resources Manager, Airport Lighting to support our Electrical Products in Windsor, CT! The HR Manager is the sole Human Resources professional responsible for providing local and remote leadership and support to approximately 80 employees globally. The incumbent will serve as the HR Business Partner of the Global Product Line Manager within the Airport Lighting Products (ALP) business unit to drive organizational change and lead the business. He or she will deploy Human Resources policies, practices, and programs to manage talent, drive culture, and align the organization. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to change management, compensation administration, employee relations, management coaching, organizational design, performance management, succession planning, talent acquisition, talent development, and workforce planning. Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution * A minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience * Must be authorized to work in the United States without Company sponsorship * Thisposition requires the use of information or access to technology which issubject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/orExport Administration Regulations (EAR). All applicants must be U.S.persons within the meaning of ITAR/EAR. ITAR/EAR defines a U.S. person asa U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'),Political Asylee, or Refugee.
